Direct thermal top coated paper labels come in a bright white face top coated for optimum environmental resistance, an optimal wavelength range under 660nm, and designed for standard speed printing.

  • Considered latex glove friendly in most applications.
  • Contact with clear tape will NOT cause premature fading.

Non-top coated Paper Label

Non-top coated direct thermal paper labels are ideal for short duration applications where the label is not exposed to extreme environmental conditions, solvents, water, oils, fats, or other similar materials. Recommended for standard speed thermal printers.

• Adhesive
  • A permanent all temp non-tackified cold-temperature acrylic adhesive that works with a wide variety of packaging materials.
  • Considered latex glove friendly in most applications.
  • Contact with clear tape will cause fading.
• Applications
  • Used for barcode and human readable labels in shipping, retail and industrial markets.

All Temp (Chill AT®) Freezer Grade Adhesive Paper Label (DTW)

All Temp freezer grade adhesive paper labels are converted with a medium sensitivity top coated direct thermal paper with excellent environmental resistance to plasticizers and an optimal wavelength range under 660nm. This label material is designed for standard speed thermal printers and is suitable for cold, damp labeling applications.

• Adhesive
  • Permanent rubber-based hot melt adhesive with excellent tack and ultimate adhesion to polystyrene, polypropylene, polyethylene, paper, and corrugate.
  • Performs well in normal to freezer temperatures.
• Application
  • All Temp labels are used for barcode and human readable labels in deli weigh scale, bakery label, packaging, and shipping labels in the foodservice industry and retail markets.

Removable Adhesive Paper Label (DT-R)

Removable adhesive paper labels come in a medium sensitivity bright white direct thermal paper that is top coated for optimum environmental resistance with an optimal wavelength range under 660nm. Designed for most temporary labeling applications and use in standard speed thermal printer.

• Adhesive
  • A general-purpose acrylic based removable adhesive with excellent removability from a wide variety of surfaces, including corrugated substrates. Test extensively on corrugated substrates.
  • Pretest removable adhesives in each end-use application for suitability is highly recommended.
  • Not recommended for mandrel applications.
• Applications
  • Used for barcode and human readable labels in packaging, shipping, retail and industrial markets.

Direct Thermal Piggyback Paper Label (DT-PB)

Direct thermal piggyback paper labels come in bright white paper top coated for optimum environment resistance. Optimal wavelength range under 660nm. The unique piggyback construction with a printable face on the top layer and two layers of liner, providing a transferable label when required.
