How do I create an Able Label account?

Click on MY ACCOUNT LOGIN on the upper right corner and choose Create An Account to set up an account.

What types of payment does Able Label accept?

We accept all major credit cards, prepaid orders with cashier’s checks, money orders, or ACH, and purchase orders for customers with an established Net 30 Terms account. Please contact us for an application.

Can I change my credit card information online?

If you have a saved card, please remove the card, and enter a new one.

Do I need to pay sales tax?

We charge sales tax based on state laws and economic nexus. If you are a reseller or an exempt organization, please contact us to set up your tax-exempt status. The website will automatically charge sales tax if we collect for the state you are shipping to.

What is the Able Label return policy?

If any flaw or defect is found within 30 days of delivery, we will credit the value or replace the item at our expense. For stock items that are ordered in error, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any credit. Returned items must be in the original packaging and original condition. Please contact us for a return authorization prior to any return. Custom items that are ordered in error are not returnable unless it is Able Label’s error.

Does Able Label have a minimum order?

There is no minimum order amount for your orders. Please refer to individual product for minimum order quantity.

How much does shipping cost?

Estimated shipping costs can be previewed in your shopping cart. The total will be calculated based on the product(s), quantity you are ordering, destination and delivery service. Actual cost will be determined when shipped and will not exceed the estimate unless the order is changed.

Can I ship with my UPS or FedEx account, or Will Call?

Yes. You can select Bill My Shipping Account in Shipping Method. Enter your UPS or FedEx account number and select the shipping service from the Shipper Priority drop down menu.

For Will Call option, please select Bill My Shipping Account in Shipping Method. Enter 0 in My Shipping Account to indicate Will Call option and select WILL CALL in the Shipper Priority drop down menu.

When will my order ship?

If your order for in-stock products is placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time on business days, we will make every effort to have your order shipped the same day.

Can I order out-of-stock products?

Yes. You can check the box at the end of the What’s In My Cart? page to approve delayed shipping. The entire order will be shipped when all products are available to ship, usually within 2-5 business days. However, production time can be longer depending on the order quantity and other unforeseeable circumstances.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will find the tracking number(s) on the invoice. Your order can be tracked with the tracking number(s) by visiting the UPS or FedEx website.

Can I change or cancel orders on your website after submission?

Please call us at 1-800-348-1455 or send us an email at sales@ablelabel.com for assistance. You cannot change or cancel orders after submission from your website login.

How do I reorder items I bought before on the website?

Products listed on our website and purchased previously on the website can be found in My Account Information > My Orders and RFQs > View the Orders I Have Made after you login to your account. You can reorder by adding a past order or multiple past orders to your account Cart and remove line items you do not need.

Do I have to order on your website?

No. You may call our Label Specialists at 1-800-348-1455, email us at sales@ablelabel.com, or fax a purchase order to 1-509-922-4854.

How do I request a quote?

If you cannot find the items you need on our website, please submit a Request Quote form. Please feel free to call, fax or email your request. If you have any questions about volume discount or lower than minimum quantity, please contact our Label Specialists at 1-800-348-1455 or send us an email at sales@ablelabel.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. If you are NOT shipping with your UPS or FedEx account, please contact us for accurate shipping costs.
